We’re finally enjoying some nice spring weather this year!
The trees are budding and the grass is starting to green up too. The bears are stirring as we await the first fawns of spring. So come…reflect on the beauty of nature’s renewed life! Spring is a fresh start; visit with us for awhile and renew your spirit too!
Plans are well underway for another outstanding summer of playing on these lakes and in the woods! In Summer, enjoy swimming, water skiing, tubing and an array of water sports on hundreds of area lakes. Our 1300 freshwater lakes play host to a wide variety of fish whether for sport, trophy or just plain family fun.
Spring & Fall offer a time to get away from it all and relax in this peaceful setting among stands of towering White Pines. Try your hand at a geo-caching adventure or a nature hike through the woods.
In Winter, snowmobile right from your door to hundreds of miles on the Snowmobile Trail System. Or enjoy great snowshoeing or cross country skiing on the many groomed trails in the area. Then come home to a warm, cozy cabin and a roaring fire. |

Experience our new paved Bike & Hike Trail in St. Germain that with fund raising efforts will eventually make a continuous loop thru Vilas Country. This trail now provides even more opportunity to bike, hike, jog and roller blade and is stroller and wheelchair friendly. It offers outstanding bird and nature viewing!
Whatever the season, the Northwoods have nearby unique shops, bars, restaurants, and special events to fit all tastes and budgets.
