Enter this split level home on the driveway side, and you’re greeted by an open concept living room, dining room and newly remodeled kitchen, each with outstanding panoramic views of the lake! The large kitchen offers full size stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and abundant cabinet space. You’ll find plenty of dinnerware, cookware and bake ware along with the usual toaster, coffeemaker, blender and microwave. The laundry facilities and additional storage space is found just off the kitchen.

The large dining room provides seating for six. Open the sliding patio doors and you’ll step out onto the large deck with picnic table and patio furniture. Or lounge on the sectional sofa and enjoy the wood burning fireplace and television complimented with an outstanding collection of movies for those late nights or rainy afternoons!

In the master bedroom you’ll find a queen size bed with a twin size as well, while the second bedroom provides a futon bunk bed with a twin over full size. There’s also additional floor space in this room for a pack n play or air mattresses if needed. The full bath with tub and shower spout is accessible from this bedroom as well as the hallway. 

Take the steps down to the lower level of this home where you’re welcomed by a large rec room complete with pool table and another wood burning fireplace. Another huge sectional sofa and additional television provides a great area for the kids or teens in the group to have their own space. 

You’ll discover two more bedrooms on the lower level each complete with a twin bed and a queen bed. There’s also another full bathroom with shower stall. 

Sliding patio doors lead out to the grassy backyard area with a red granite path to the lake! Set up the badminton net or enjoy a game of lawn darts! The towering pines surround you out back--it’s the perfect spot to relax. There’s an in ground firepit lakeside along with a two seat log swing. Then just a few steps down to the dock, and you’ll discover bench seating for a great view of the sunset each day!
