Follow Birchwood Drive, a scenic winding ride through the woods where you’ll discover a lake home with the most exquisite views of the east bay of Little St. Germain Lake. A secluded, relaxing vacation in this beautiful lakeside home just a few miles east of St. Germain will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Our easy walk to the water and our sturdy dock with seating bench has ample space for docking your boats, pontoon or jet skis.
The main floor living space consists of an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with lots of room to move around. Kitchen table seats four comfortably with room for an additional four at the breakfast counter. The large bay window offers a panoramic view of the deck, yard and lake below. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace as you lounge in comfort.

The master bedroom on the main floor offers a king size bed. The full bath with tub separates the second bedroom which offers a double size bed. Take the stairs to the lower level rec room area and another bedroom, bath and laundry.
The lower level provides a sitting area at the base of the stairs complete with TV, mini fridge and futon sleeper. You’ll also find the third bedroom which offers two full size beds. Take the hallway to the second full size bathroom with our stackable washer & dryer for your convenience. A second sitting area with sliding patio doors provides easy access out to the lake. Here you’ll find a loveseat, chair and another television—it’s a nice area for kids or teens to have all to themselves! |
