This vacation home is complete with just about everything you need to enjoy every minute of your time away! It's seated about 10 feet from Big St. Germain Lake and looks westward. The sunsets serve as an outstanding back drop to this big, yet cozy, warm and inviting home.

Enter off the large wrap around porch, and you are greeted by the magnificent beauty of this home. The first floor is open all the way to the beamed ceiling overhead exposing the second story loft area. Large windows on all sides of the home allow beautiful light to spill into this living and dining room area. The wood dining room table can seat up to 8 with additional seating at the snack bar/island that separates the kitchen. There you'll find a room fully equipped for meal preparation and complete with full size appliances.

The living room features a big screen TV and a gas fireplace. French doors lead out to the lakeside porch where a relaxing snooze in the hammock awaits you. The room on the other side of the fireplace is a seating area with large windows perfect for nature watching and catching the lakeside breeze. There is a ½ bath tucked into this area as well. Another set of French doors lends access to the huge backyard and out to the lake. Rent the pontoon boat for the week or dock your boat at the marina adjacent to the backyard.

The main level also hosts the master bedroom and a queen size bed and features beautiful hand made furnishings. The master bathroom is complete with double sinks, a deep bathtub and separate shower. Towels have been provided for your convenience.

There is a first floor utility room with available storage, and a washer/dryer. Then climb the wooden staircase to the upper level where you'll discover a big game room area with sofa sleeper, perfect for lounging. Take the catwalk across to the large bedroom with a queen size bed, two twin size beds and another full size bathroom with shower.
