Cancellation
Policy
If cancellation is necessary, please notify our
office as soon as possible. Your deposit, less 15%
cancellation fee, will be refunded if you provide
more than 30 days notice. If cancellation is
necessary with less than 30 days notice, we will
do our best to fill the vacancy. We will return
your deposit, less 15% cancellation fee and any
partial loss of rent. If we are unable to fill the
vacancy and your notice was less than 30 days,
your deposit will be kept. |
