This is the largest of the five 2 bedroom seasonal waterfront cottages and features a queen bed in each bedroom. The interior is comfortable and dressed in the traditional "Up North" look.
 
You won't find cabins any closer to the water than at Bayview Resort!

Beach Bay is really a perfect cabin in terms of ease of access-an added bonus for anyone with difficulty walking!  It offers parking right next to the cabin making entry just a few feet away and a few steps up. It features the new inground firepit added in 2015  just a few feet from both the cabin and the lake.  So very convenient even at night whether returning from fishing, or enjoying a bonfire with your group!

 

Beach Bay Cottage is the southern most unit in the resort and is closest to the shared use kayaks, canoe and row boats, as well as the fish cleaning house, but there is never really the feeling of foot traffic.  With the western exposure, and full lake views from this cabin, you'll be glad you chose Beach Bay at Bayview Resort for your summer fun!

Beach Bay Rate is based on 4 people.  Sleeps 4-6.

 

Includes: 2 Queen Beds and one sofa sleeper

  • A 14 foot aluminum row boat with each cottage rental or bring your own boat

To determine a weekly rate not listed, multiply nightly rate by 6 nights - 7th night is FREE!

 

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 2 night minimum stay required

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Cash or Check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.  Balance is due upon arrival.

  • Check-In Time 3:00 PM.

  • Check-Out Time 9:00 AM Memorial Day to Labor Day;  11:00 AM in all other season

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Sunday to Sunday!

  • Partial week rentals during the summer season will be considered ONLY if cabin is vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

Bayview Resort is located just off Highway 70 on South Bay Road in St. Germain.

 

Cabin # 1 Beach Bay - 7520 Sunset Shores Lane (Turn in to the resort off South Bay Road)

 

To access the cabin, proceed all the way across the main lot and park next to the cabin in front of the split rail fence.
