"Water's Edge" features updated flooring, countertops and cabinets that makes this kitchen feel light and airy!  Couple that with the new smart TV in the living room (a streaming app will be required to watch) and the beautiful view of the water from all the lake facing windows, and a stay at this cabin couldn't be anymore inviting!

 

The bedrooms have been freshly painted and offer comfortable bedding and stylish decorations.  Each of the two bedrooms offers a queen bed and small dresser as well as a shelf and clothing rod for hanging a few items.  The updated bathroom offers a single stand up shower.

 

Just outside the door,  you'll find a lakeside swing, perfect for relaxing in the sun, and enjoying the water action out in front of the resort while the kids romp in the water.  At night cozy up to your private campfire and be amazed by the millions of stars that'll appear overhead!

Water's Edge is the second cabin in from the south and shares a dock with Beach Bay, (each cabin gets it's own side).  Each cabin comes with use of one of our rowboats, or bring your own boat, we have plenty of space available!

 

Your stay at Water's Edge will provide the perfect blend of nature and a really comfortable stay in a fresh, clean and modern cabin!

Water's Edge Rate is based on 4 people.  Sleeps 4-6.

 

Includes: 2 Queen Beds and one sofa sleeper

Resort Amenities

 

  • Over 400 feet of sandy waterfront with a level approach to the water from the 2-bedroom cottages, gradual decline for Cottage 6

  • A 14 foot aluminum row boat with each cottage rental or bring your own boat

  • 2021 Four new docks, (each cottage gets a side) with an area reserved for safe swimming.

  • Level play area with Rainbow Systems playground equipment

  • Pontoon boats, motors, jet skis or deck boat rentals nearby.  Daily or Weekly

  • Located just moments from the St. Germain paved, off road bicycle trail

  • Row boats and kayaks for guest use

  • Each cabin provides 2 adult life vests and 2 child's vests, but recommended you bring a proper fitted vest for each child.

  • Charcoal grill, picnic table & outdoor chairs

  • Screened fish cleaning house with lights and running water

  • Private Lakeside Campfire pit for each cabin ( firewood is not provided )

  • New Swim Raft in 2019

  • Sand bottom swimming with area groomed periodically weekly

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 3 night minimum stay required

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 4% convenience fee

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

  • Check-In Time 3:00 PM.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check-Out Time is 9:00 AM

  • Check-Out Time in all other seasons is 10:00 AM 

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Sunday to Sunday!

  • Partial week rentals during the summer season will be considered ONLY if cabin is vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

Bayview Resort is located just off Highway 70 on South Bay Road in St. Germain.

 

Cabin # 2 Water's Edge - 7518 Sunset Shores Lane (Turn in to the resort off South Bay Road)

 

To access the cabin, park in the main lot and use the steps between cabins 2 and 3. Each cabin has two (2) parking spaces with additional trailer parking available.
