This private vacation home with sleeping loft is found on Chain Lake, part of the 5 lake Sugar Camp Chain. The home has incredible lake frontage in summer with the other lakes easily navigable by boat! Sleeps 6-12

The open concept of this home lends an incredible view of the surroundings from every window. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped for feeding a big group!  The expandable dining room table can seat from 6-12 with two additional stools at the island.  The living room offers plenty of seating space as well.  There's TV viewing with a Dvd player from there as well as a pellet burning stove when you need the added warmth.

 

Sliding patio doors provide quick access to the path down to the lake, while the living room door spills out onto a large deck facing lakeside.

 

There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a split log staircase that leads upwards to the partially exposed sleeping loft and an additional bedroom.  We do want to warn you that this lake home has only one bathroom, so make sure your group can work with that situation!

 

The thick woods across the road from this home borders state forest lands, which preserves the area's peaceful, pristine surroundings allowing nature and wildlife to flourish!

Includes: 3 queens, 2 twins and a double size bunk bed!

To determine a weekly rate not listed, multiply nightly rate by 6 nights - 7th night is FREE!

 

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 3 night minimum stay

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Cash or Check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.  Balance is due upon arrival.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day-Check In time: 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 9 a.m.

  • Off season Check in time is 3 p.m. check out time is 11:00 a.m.

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating.

  • Dogs permitted for a fee, signed agreement and with prior approval.  2 dogs maximum!

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • The Washer/Dryer requires "he" detergent.  2 pouches will be provided as will dishwasher detergent

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly.

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Saturday to Saturday!

  • Partial week rentals during prime time will be considered ONLY if vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.
