This beautiful Northwoods lake home offers a welcome respite from the chaos of life! With quaint sitting areas around the exterior, and the lakeside deck out back, nature surrounds you. The home is very comfortably furnished in plush surfaces. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room allowing plenty of time and space to enjoy each other's company.

 

The living room offers a gas chimney fireplace, smart TV (a streaming app is required to watch TV) and a large bay window over looking the natural beauty of the woods.  The kitchen has been recently updated and features a dishwasher with separate cook top surface and double oven. The dining table with padded seating for 6, overlooks the deck down to the lake through the sliding patio door.  An arborist removed close to 200 trees from the property this past fall.  This has opened up the view to the lake from the home and with the removal of so much deadwood, everything around it has been given a shot in the arm!

 

All 3 bedrooms on the main level of the home are carpeted and feature two queen size beds and one king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms on this level. Take the steps to the lower level rec room where you'll find lots of additional carpeted floor space for games and relaxation. Here you'll find the 4th bedroom with a new log bunk bed, twin over full. There's also a full size bathroom on this level as well.

 

Privacy abounds at Northern Exposure with a private dock, and a grassy seating area lakeside with firepit. Experience Fawn Lake's outstanding fishing right off the dock or follow the channel out to Big St. Germain Lake with an array of water activities spread out over the 1600 acres of freshwater!

This home offers a 2015 Starcraft Cruise N Fish pontoon boat with a 60 hp engine.

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $20 per night or $100 per week.

  • Valid Credit Card required at time of booking

  • 3 Night Minimum Stay

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal Check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 4% convenience fee.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check In time: 3:00 p.m. on Saturday; Check Out time: 9:00 a.m. on Saturday

  • Off Season Check In time: 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time 10:00 a.m.

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Dogs permitted for $100/each with a signed agreement and with prior approval

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

  • During peak summer season, partial week rentals will be considered ONLY IF home is vacant at 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

Northern Exposure - Located at 1517 White Horse Lane in St. Germain.  Plenty of parking in the driveway and space for trailers.
