3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin on Little St. Germain Lake

 

Cabin 2 mirrors that beautiful rustic northwoods interior feel with light knotty pine walls throughout!  Many updates in recent years have made this cabin home away from home!  It rests about 50' from the water and is located just west of Elbert's Resort and within walking distance to Timbers Bar and Grill.  It comfortably sleeps 6 people and features a full lake view and private dock.

 

CHECK AVAILABILITY

As you enter the cabin off the back porch, you're immediately greeted by the warmth and charm of an updated rustic "up north" cabin!  The bedrooms are off the main hallway that leads you toward the living room and kitchen.  The master bedroom is on your right and is fully carpeted and features a gorgeous aspen log queen size bed along with closet, dresser and TV.  There's also an in suite bathroom complete with shower stall.  Across the hallway is the next bedroom with a pine log queen size bed, dresser and closet.  The third bedroom has two twin beds, and another closet and dresser.  The second bathroom is located off the main hallway opposite the bedrooms. 

 

The living room and kitchen can be found at the end of the hallway and are open to one another.  The fully stocked kitchen offers full size NEW appliances and NEW dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space and a NEW dining room table that seats 4-6.  NEW kitchen cabinetry will be installed for 2022 as well as new wood flooring throughout. A double set of sliding patio doors lends easy access to the outdoor deck, grill and additional  picnicking.  The view from the front of this cabin over looks the West Bay.  The living room features a soft leather sofa and recliner as well as the wood burning fireplace.  Complete with TV and Dvd player, your stay in this comfortable cabin will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the chaos of life once more!

Each of the three cabins at PBR has it's own assigned dock.  There is one rowboat for guest use.  If additional boat rentals are needed, they are available through Elbert's Resort next door.  This intimate small resort offers plenty of space to park next to each cabin and still has enough grassy aces for yard games or a game of catch on those days when you need a little break from the water activities!  The paved bike and hike trail can be easily accessed at the end of the drive and leads in both directions from the resort.

Little St. Germain Lake hosts almost any kind of water activity you can imagine. Whether you come to fish, swim, jet ski or pontoon, your stay at PBR Resort will be a pleasant complement to the many adventures this area has o offer!

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • 3 night minimum stay

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal check, please.

  • Valid credit card required upon booking

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check In time: 3:00 p.m.  Check Out time: 8:00 a.m.

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Saturday to Saturday!

  • During peak season, partial week rentals will be considered ONLY if vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

PBR Resort is located at the end of Straight-A-Way off Highway 70 east just before Timber's Bar & Grill in St. Germain.

Cabin # 2 will be straight in front of you as you approach.  Parking is right outside your door!
