2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little St. Germain Lake

 

Cabin 3 sits at the back of the resort and offers a bit more peace and privacy.  Rest assured the water is only a few hundred steps away.  You'll be pleasantly surprised by the amount of space this cabin offers.  For the smaller family or two couples, you'll find cabin 3 a very comfortable place to vacation!

 

CHECK AVAILABILITY

Enter off the platform deck out front and you’ll be taken in by the large open area this two bedroom cabin has to offer.

The living room is complete with sofa, recliner and a log futon for plenty of seating.  The flat screen TV is a wall mount and there’s a wood burning fireplace to add to the charm.  The kitchen is small but packs a big punch with full size refrigerator, full size gas stove and a baker’s rack for added storage.  There’s dining room table that seats 6 people for a nice meal together or a good game of poker in the evening!    The sliding patio doors look out into the yard and toward the lake, allowing a pleasant view of the natural surroundings.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located just off this common area.  Bedroom one features a queen size bed with dresser while the second bedroom offers two twin size beds and dresser.  Fresh linens are provided.  The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and is complete with a double size shower.​

Each of the three cabins at PBR has its own dock and rowboat.  If additional boat rentals are needed, they are available through Elbert's.  This intimate small resort offers plenty of space to park next to each cabin and still has enough grassy areas for yard games or a game of catch on those days when you need a little break from the water activities!  The paved bike and hike trail can be easily accessed at the end of the drive and leads in both directions from the resort.​

Little St. Germain Lake hosts almost any kind of water activity you can imagine. Whether you come to fish, swim, jet ski or pontoon, your stay at PBR Resort will be a pleasant complement to the many adventures this area has to offer!

Includes: 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a log futon in the living room - Sleeps 4-6 people.

  • Class A Musky Lake with Walleye, Northern & Pan Fish

  • Pontoon, boat & motor rentals available next door at Elberts Resort

  • Parking available next to your cabin

  • Sand bottom swimming off the dock

  • Food and drink within walking distance

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 3 night minimum stay

  • ·Valid credit card required upon booking

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check In time: 3:00 p.m.  Check Out time: 8:00 a.m.

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Saturday to Saturday!

  • During peak season, partial week rentals will be considered ONLY if vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

PBR Resort is located at the end of Straight-A-Way off Highway 70 east just before Timber's Bar & Grill in St. Germain.  Cabin 3 will be the first cabin on your left as you enter the resort.
