Perhaps you are unable to use your lake property as often as you’d like. Let us rent your lake home or cabin out to visitors longing for a week to experience why YOU bought it in the first place! Or maybe you are currently renting your property out, but have been driving up to clean each week before new guests arrive. This is not a pleasant way to spend your summer, not to mention the expense!
Harv’s Vacation Rentals will work with you to obtain the highest weekly rate possible based on the current market. You retain the right to select the dates you wish to use the property, while offsetting a few of the costs of holding your property.
Here’s How It Works
Harv’s Vacation Rentals will advertise your property.
Guests will receive superior customer service from the time they make a reservation until they drive out of sight!
The premises will be cleaned, the linens professionally laundered, trash disposed of and the property groomed in preparation for you or the next guests.
We will secure deposit, collect final payment and distribute funds to you.
Rentals are assessed state, local and town taxes in accordance with the law and are submitted to the proper authorities on time.
A 1099 Misc. is prepared annually showing all income earned.
As the owner of the property, your proceeds will be reduced by a negotiated management fee, laundry fees and trash removal. That’s it—there are no other hidden costs!

We are fully insured and want you to know that if we can’t provide the service(s) you need, we’ll find someone who can! After several years in the area, we have a list of preferred contractors who we have established solid business relationships with. We know they’ll be there on time and provide consistently high quality work.

About Us:
Debbie spent 12 years in management for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club and then took a job in property management. Kevin spent many years in the manufacturing industry as a buyer. In addition, he provided security services to the Brewers, the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee’s SummerFest. Together we formed a business that provided cash handling services to Milwaukee’s GermanFest and IrishFest and were responsible for cash receipts in excess of $500,000.
After vacationing in the area for a number of years, we moved our family to St. Germain from Milwaukee. In 2004, Debbie went to work for the St. Germain Chamber of Commerce and witnessed firsthand the value of tourism to our area! Kevin established Hammerin’ Harv LLC, providing handyman services to the community. Our daughter, Courtney and two Bishon pups make up our family. We are grateful to be living and working in what we consider to be “the most beautiful place on earth!”
