This side-by-side duplex is located on the scenic clear waters of the famous Little Saint Germain Lake's West Bay!  Both sides offer outstanding views of the water!

Tim's Place also offers two bedrooms, again one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds (the saggy mattress has been replaced!)

 

The floor plan is just a flip of the other half of the duplex. Again it's the windows and the view from each side that makes these such desirable vacation homes! The living room, kitchen and dining area are an open concept allowing for everyone to be together regardless if watching the big game, or enjoying a morning breakfast! This side also offers a large deck for lounging, and because it sits off more to the side of the duplex, you won't feel as if the other side is right on top of you.  Several nice updates in recent years include new flooring, new bedroom carpeting, new range hood and new kitchen cabinets.  In 2024, WiFi was added and the TV updated to now allow streaming and enhanced television viewing

 

This side of the duplex overlooks the grassy backyard, perfect for lawn games or playing catch! The stroll to the sandy beach or the firepit area is just a few steps further than Pete's Place, but both offer that same incredible view of West Bay!

 

West Bay Resort is conveniently located near many of St. Germain's fine restaurants and bars! In summer, you'll appreciate Cathy's Ice Cream Shoppe and Red Canoe Coffee Co.  within walking distance. St. Germain's paved Bike & Hike trail is across the road from this property; early morning strolls or bike rides are an excellent time to enjoy the sights, sounds and smell of the fresh pine forest!  In winter, bring the sleds for an outstanding getaway experience with snowmobile trails located just outside your door!

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week

  • 3 night minimum stay in off season

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 4% convenience fee.

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check in time 3:00 PM Check Out time: 9:00 a.m.;  10:00 a.m. in off-season

  • NO PETS, TENTS, RVs OR FIREWORKS ALLOWED

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Saturday to Saturday!

  • During peak summer season, partial week rentals will be considered ONLY IF cabin is vacant at 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

West Bay Resort - Take Hwy. 70 into St. Germain and watch for the large West Bay Resort sign located on the south end of town.
